 1. Who We Are and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile interfaces, WhatsApp channels, and services offered under the brand NXTAVSAR ("NXTAVSAR", us ), operated by INSTOC ([ khethavath vignesh ]), with a registered/principal place of business at [ MSME / UDHYAM ].

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an application through us, or making a payment for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Non-Affiliation Disclaimer, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 2. Description of Services

NXTAVSAR is a private, independent platform operated by INSTOC that provides application-assistance, information-aggregation, and facilitation services, including but not limited to:

 * Guidance and assistance with applications for government job notifications, scholarships, and competitive examinations listed on our platform

 * Assistance with certificate, PAN, Aadhaar, passport, and RTA/driving-related documentation and applications

 * Curated listings of free courses and internship opportunities

 * Referral to third-party insurance providers/brokers for insurance products

 * Document printing and photocopying services ("Print Services")

 * Such other services as may be added or removed from time to time, at our discretion

We act as a facilitator and intermediary in most of these services. We do not issue government certificates, IDs, admit cards, scholarships, or insurance policies ourselves — these are issued solely by the respective government department, educational institution, examination authority, or insurance provider.

 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using our services with the involvement/consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use NXTAVSAR. Certain services (e.g., scholarship or admission assistance for students) may inherently involve minors; in such cases we require that a parent or guardian remains the account holder and payer of record.

 4. Accounts and Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing true, accurate, and complete information (including identity documents, academic records, and contact details) when using our services. You are solely responsible for the consequences of submitting false, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documents, including rejection of applications, cancellation of benefits, or legal action by the concerned authority.

We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or cancel any service if we reasonably suspect submitted information or documents are inaccurate or fraudulent.

 5. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services are displayed on the relevant service page at the time of purchase and are payable in advance via our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect an order already confirmed and paid for.

 6. Nature of Assistance — No Guarantee of Outcome

IMPORTANT: NXTAVSAR provides application assistance and information services only. We do not control, influence, or guarantee the decisions, timelines, approvals, rejections, or outcomes made by any government department, educational institution, examination authority, employer, insurer, or other third-party organisation.

Paying for or availing our assistance does not guarantee selection, approval, admission, scholarship disbursal, certificate issuance, or any other favourable outcome. Our fee is for the facilitation/assistance service rendered, not for a guaranteed result.

 7. Third-Party Services

Our platform may link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services, including Odoo (website and order management), Razorpay (payments), and Policybazaar (insurance products). Your use of such third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of these third parties.

 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the "NXTAVSAR" and "INSTOC" name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use the services as intended.

 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INSTOC, NXTAVSAR and its owner/proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of opportunity, loss of scholarship/admission/employment, or loss of data arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific service.

 10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold INSTOC and NXTAVSAR harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your submission of false or fraudulent information, or your violation of any applicable law.

 11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, acted fraudulently, or misused our platform.

 12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 13. Governing Law and Contact
