How We Handle Your Grievance
1. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt.
2. We aim to resolve most grievances within 15 days of receipt, in line with applicable Indian regulatory timelines. Complex matters (e.g., involving a third-party authority) may take longer, and we will keep you updated on progress.
3. If you are not satisfied with our resolution of a data-protection-related grievance, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India, established under the DPDP Act, 2023.
