Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), this page outlines the exact categories of personal data and documents we collect, why we collect them, how long they are held, and our strict disposal mechanisms.
1. Personal Data & Document Inventory
Document / Data Field Legal Purpose for Processing Retention & Deletion Schedule

Payment Records (Order ID, Payment Status, Amount via Razorpay) Used for statutory tax compliance, business accounting, and dispute resolution. Stored securely. No card numbers, Cvs, or UPI PINs are ever collected or stored by our servers.
2. Principles of Safe Processing
Data Minimization (Section 6): We never request or handle identity documents unless an external government or academic portal strictly mandates them to complete your requested filing.
Storage Limitation (Section 8): Uploaded PDF, JPG, and PNG files are held strictly in temporary storage queues while application clerks process your submission. Once your official application number and acknowledgment slip are generated, raw files are permanently purged.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize customer files. Your documents are shared exclusively with the designated official authority or portal requested in your order.
3. Processing Data of Minors (Section 9 Compliance)
For applicants below 18 years of age:
Processing of educational or identity documents is strictly conditioned upon verifiable authorization from a parent or lawful guardian.
Parents or legal guardians provide verifiable consent by submitting their name, contact number, and verification confirmation at the time of order intake.
We do not engage in behavioral monitoring, tracking, or targeted advertising directed at minor applicants.
4. Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under Chapter III of the DPDP Act, you retain full ownership over your digital personal data:
