 1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other policy referenced on this website (together, "our Policies") are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

 2. Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises between you and INSTOC / NXTAVSAR, we encourage resolving it through the following steps, in order:

 1. Direct resolution: Contact our Grievance Officer with details of your concern. Most issues can be resolved directly at this stage.

 2. Escalation / negotiation: If unresolved within [30] days, either party may raise the matter formally in writing for a final attempt at negotiated resolution.

 3. Legal proceedings: If still unresolved, either party may pursue remedies before the courts as described below.

 4. Exclusive Jurisdiction

Subject to the dispute resolution process above, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of INSTOC / NXTAVSAR, our Policies, or any service purchased through our platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at [City, State], India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

 4. Regulatory and Statutory Bodies

Nothing in this clause limits your right to approach:

 * The Data Protection Board of India, for grievances relating to personal data processing under the DPDP Act, 2023

 * A consumer forum/commission having jurisdiction, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, for consumer disputes

 * Any other statutory or regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the specific subject matter of your complaint

 5. Severability

If any provision of our Policies is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
