TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

By proceeding with payment and clicking the confirmation checkbox, you ("User" or "Customer") agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Nxt Avsar governed by the following terms:
Scope of Service: Nxt Avsar operates strictly as an independent facilitator providing application assistance, documentation support, and administrative guidance. Nxt Avsar is not affiliated with, authorized by, or an agent of any government department, educational institution, recruitment board, or lending organization unless expressly stated.
No Guarantee of Outcome: Approval, selection, admission, job placement, license/certificate issuance, or loan sanction remains solely at the discretion of the respective competent authorities. Nxt Avsar does not warrant, promise, or guarantee any specific result or outcome.
User Representations & Accuracy: The Customer represents and warrants that all personal details, documents, and disclosures submitted are authentic, complete, and legally valid. Nxt Avsar reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund if fraudulent, forged, or misleading information is provided.
Payment & Refund Policy:
Service Charges: All professional facilitation fees paid to Nxt Avsar are non-refundable once documentation review, verification, or portal submission has commenced.
Third-Party & Statutory Fees: Any government fees, examination charges, or payment gateway surcharges are subject entirely to the refund policies of the respective external bodies.
Correction & Revision Policy: Customers are required to review all draft applications and entered details prior to final payment and submission. Post-submission modifications requested due to user error may incur supplementary processing fees.
Timelines & Third-Party Dependencies: All delivery or processing timelines communicated are reasonable estimates. Nxt Avsar shall not be held liable for delays arising from government portal downtimes, server outages, gateway failures, or regulatory bottlenecks.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nxt Avsar’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services provided shall strictly not exceed the actual facilitation fee paid by the customer for that specific transaction. Nxt Avsar disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost career or academic opportunities).
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [Insert Your City/State, e.g., Hyderabad, Telangana].
