   5. SSH provides application assistance and support only. Approval, selection, admission, certificate issuance, or loan sanction depends solely on the concerned government department, institution, or organization.

   6. Processing times are estimates and may vary based on third-party authorities.

   7. SSH is not responsible for delays caused by government portals, payment gateways, technical issues, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

   8. Customers must review all entered details before making payment. Corrections requested after submission may incur additional charges.

   9. SSH reserves the right to cancel or reject any application containing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

   10. By completing this payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, along with Smart Service Hub's Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
